Please understand these values as summerised resources and services regardless of number of virtual servers. The only per virtual server products are ProActive Management and Standard Management.
ProActive is used for production/critical servers whilst Standard is common with supporting services like Git/repository, staging and developement.
An average virtual server tend to have 2-3 packages and 2 runtimes. ProActive has 2 external sensors in addition to this, and is set up to custom poll unique calls provided by you. A ProActive server can have none external sensors or hundreds, it’s up to you.
A support ticket can be made either by you contacting us, or by us if any of your sensors reaches the threshold that you define. Premium Support is preferred on scaled systems as you have even more support and unlimited number of support tickets.
